Vineyard - Witchmount Estate. Conventional, but with cover crops inter-row and under vine and other moves towards more sustainable agriculture. For three growing seasons now there have been no herbicides used and no synthetic pesticides.

Winemaking - Harvested and crushed 7 March. Wild yeast fermented for 2 weeks then pressed to seasoned French oak for 13 months. Wild yeast fermented, unfiltered, unfined. No adds apart from minimal sulphur. Vegan friendly.
